Welcome to Fencing.
If you have never watched Fencing before you
are going to find it an exciting and complex
sport. At times Fencing may appear to be doing
little more than standing around and "psyching-out"
your opponent, before engaging in lightning
attacks, where split second timing can win or
lose the bout.
We have compiled a short document, in .pdf
format, that you can download to read or even
print and take with you to refer to during the
competition.
We hope this will help you when you visit a
competition either just as a spectator or as
a non-fencing parent or friend of a competitor.
